Dr. Rungsima Wanitphakdeedecha is a dermatologist and dermatologic surgeon in Bangkok, THAILAND. She completed her dermatology residency in 2003 at Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, Bangkok, THAILAND. She has been serving as a faculty in Dermatosurgery Unit, Department of Dermatology, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University since then. Dr. Rungsima Wanitphakdeedecha completed her research fellowship training in Procedural Dermatology at the University of Texas- MD Anderson Cancer center, Houston, Texas, USA, and Laser and Cosmetic Surgery at Washington Institute of Dermatologic Laser Surgery, Washington DC, USA in 2007 and 2008, respectively.
She has lectured nationally and internationally on the topics of dermatologic surgery, laser, and cosmetic procedures. Dr. Rungsima Wanitphakdeedecha has published many book chapters and manuscripts in peer-reviewed journals.

Dr. Niro completed his bachelor’s and medical degrees from King’s College London and University College London, respectively, and worked across a variety of surgical specialties but focussed on plastic and burns surgery, and on head and neck reconstruction. This was followed by a 2-year higher fellowship in general cosmetic surgery in Australia, and then a 2-year ‘super-specialty’ surgical fellowship in cosmetic penile surgery.
Multiple postgraduate qualifications in general surgery, cosmetic surgery, and aesthetic medicine, were gained in America, Australia, Britain, and France. Further to clinical experience from four continents, including charitable surgery in Asia, Dr. Niro is now exclusively in private clinical practice and is a senior trainer and K.O.L. (key opinion leader) for the pharmaceutical and medical devices industries (since 2014).
He has published over 35 medical articles, spoken at conferences around the world, written book chapters, and is reviewer and editorial committee-member for various medical journals in addition to being a recognised medical educator on the national and international stage.
Dr. Niro is also a ‘Designated Aviation Medical Examiner’ for the Australian Government.
Dr. Keturah Hoffman
Dr. Keturah (Kit) Hoffman is an experienced cosmetic physician for nearly 30 years. She specialises in sclerotherapy for leg veins as well as dermal fillers and neuromodulators for lines and wrinkles, and radiosurgical treatments of various skin problems. As the inaugural president of the Cosmetic Physicians Society of Australasia (now a College of which she is the WA branch representative), she is involved in research and teaching as well as medical politics. Dr Hoffman’s artistic flair combined with perceptive nature, good communication, and a desire to help are what give her the skills to bring patients the results they want.
Dr. Josh Wall
Dr Josh Wall graduated top of his medical school class from the University of Wollongong, winning prizes in Womens health, Psychiatry, Surgery, Paediatrics and Anatomy. Dr Wall specialises in all forms of non-surgical Cosmetic Medicine including: cosmetic injectables, advanced dermal fillers, non-surgical facelifts with threads, body sculpting, intimate area rejuvenations, penis enlargements, and laser to treat all forms of skin complaints.
As the Medical Director of Contour Clinics, Dr Wall fosters a culture of education and continued professional development. Dr Wall has been published in multiple peer reviewed scientific journals, and regularly writes columns for leading womens and cosmetic publications including vogue, womens day, take 5, spa and clinic and beauty heaven.
Presenting with formal qualifications in journalism, content marketing and English literature, Katelyn has editorial and communications experience working across a broad range of industries – from mainstream print and digital media to not-for-profits and agency. As a regular gym goer herself, Katelyn has a particular interest in the health and fitness industry and has produced content and articles as a freelance journalist and working for fitness focused media titles.
Penny has over 25 years experience in the fitness industry. She is passionate, energetic and highly motivated to educate her clients and help them reach their fitness goals. Penny’s industry experience is comprehensive with numerous achievements and qualifications. Penny has written for Fitness First Magazine and trained contestants on the Biggest Loser. Penny has competed as a fitness model is also the fitness advisor to Bella lifestyle models.
Sandra Sostres has been the National Clinical Manager at Cynosure since 2014 and is a degree qualified nurse with over 13 years’ experience practicing in both cosmetic medicine and nursing. After graduating, Sandra specialised as an operating theatre nurse. She has also worked as a Territory Manager for Pierre Fabre, Dermo cosmetic division for the Avene/Klorane product. With a passion and interest in skin, Sandra chose to go down the path of Cosmetic Nursing. Sandra has worked in the field of cosmetic and plastic surgery within an array of clinics. Prior to joining Cynosure, Sandra spent 2.5 years within the aesthetic laser industry as a Clinical Educator and Clinical Manager. Sandra attends National and International conferences and is also a member of the ASLMS.
